Budget Management System

The client had most of their business processes supported by SAP R/3 family system. One of the most important business functions of any complex organization is financial management and in this particular case, our client's employees were not satisfied with SAP R/3. They sometimes even had to use Excel spreadsheets to track expenditures and remaining funds. Our client - a famous brand of polo's, knits, pants, windbreakers, and other accessories for the professional golf players has experienced a tremendous success. Within a few years after its American debut in specialty golf stores, the demand was so strong that the company decided to establish a web presence and sell its products on the Internet. Project Initiation Workflow System

Our client - one of the biggest industrial manufacturing companies, needed to develop a system that would streamline the workflow process surrounding the requests and approvals for projects and expenditures that were not within the typical budgetary/expense cycles. Equipment, non-typical expenses, and innovative projects funding would have to be approved through this workflow. The process consisted of the routing of a Request for Authorization through appropriate business unit/business unit groups, and corporate approvers and reviewers. More information…

Global Sourcing Management System

- In essence it is a B2B web application that accepts Requests for Bids for manufacturing of items from luggage to house ware to clothing from major U.S. retailers and distributors. The requests are then routed to the appropriate manufacturers, usually in overseas somewhere in Singapore, China, and other countries. The system supports complete document workflow between the manufacturer and the company requesting bids.

- A multi-language Web site created for a major embroidery threads, related products vendor to create, and online community of embroidery enthusiasts.

- A Web based system with OLAP capabilities to perform real-time analysis of project management data, such as efforts spent, types of activities, and other relevant information.
