Because every project is different, we always start by listening and questioning to our clients. Requirements are vital for the success of software projects. That’s why we ask questions and listen to you, clarify aims and agree priorities before identifying the resources required and pulling a team together. To get high quality result it is very important for customer and team to work on the requirements in an intimate contact.

We draw on our in-house expertise and our tried and tested network of external suppliers.

We believe that quality is a means for building customer satisfaction and continuing customer trust. One of the main concerns for outsourced software development is a day-by-day visibility of project. Many years’ experience of our managers in managing offshore projects and our best practices let us give our customers visibility in their projects. In other words visibility means information on who, what is done, results (work products), risks, changes, how many. We provide visibility both from process point of view and from communication point of view. Why visibility is necessary?

Knowing day-to-day project status, customer keeps an eye on project’s go. Our methods of providing visibility allow making communications with a customer similar to communications in an onsite project. Visibility is a flexible matter. It is subject to configure in accordance with customer’s demands.

Well-organized, optimized, and tight communications between our customers and Aurorisoft team members form a foundation for our Quality Assurance Policy.

We use simple and convenient rules when working with our Customers. Typical conditions are described in section Terms. We adapt these rules to specific needs of our Customers, because every project has its own specific.
